New Narges is located in the heart of Fifth Settlement, serving as an extension of Narges Buildings and Narges Villas. It enjoys a strategic location along three major axes, making it one of the key areas of New Cairo:

• Talaat Harb Axis
• Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis
• Mohamed Naguib Axis

It is located near several prominent new urban communities, including:

• Katameya Creeks Compound
• Diplomats Compound

Just minutes away from some of the most renowned shopping and commercial destinations:

• Downtown
• Cairo Festival City
• Arabella Plaza Mall

The area is also located close to the German University in Cairo.

New Narges extends across approximately 413 acres, comprising nearly 1,650 residential buildings and divided into seven neighborhoods. Each neighborhood has its own dedicated services area and green spaces.

The area features distinctive land plots with an average size of approximately 450 sqm. Buildings generally consist of a ground floor and three additional floors, with only two apartments per floor, creating a private residential environment with relatively low population density in Fifth Settlement.

New Narges benefits from the infrastructure of the surrounding established residential areas, including fully developed water and electricity networks, as well as newly developed roads and infrastructure.
